Daniel P. Bowman

Daniel P. Bowman earned his B.S. Degree at the University of California, and worked for several years in management with Hyatt Hotels. Prior to establishing Bowman & Associates, he was Director of Human Resources Development for Nestle's Borel Restaurant Corporation which followed several years with a national executive search firm. Mr. Bowman is a past Chairman of the Industry Board of Advisors at Golden Gate University and has also served on the Industry Board of Advisors for the University of San Francisco Hospitality Management program. Mr. Bowman is a contributor to a text on Human Resources Management published by the American Hotel & Lodging Association’s Educational Institute, and he has also been qualified as an Expert Witness in California Superior Court in cases involving employment compensation.



Alfred J. Domenico

Al Domenico has more than twenty-five years of experience in executive search services with primary emphasis in the hospitality and food services industry. His clients have included multi-national and early-stage companies alike. Al's corporate executive experience, prior to his founding of the Domenico/Brown Group that he grew into a nationally known executive search firm, included Vice President of Sales & Marketing posts with Canadian Pacific Hotels, now Fairmont Hotels, and AMFAC Hawaii Hotels and Resorts. He then joined ARAMARK Corporation as Division Director of Marketing, and was later promoted to Division President within the Food Services Group. Al holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business from New York University, and a Master's Degree in Pastoral Counseling from Mount St. Mary's College. Al serves on several boards of directors of charitable non-profit organizations.



Kimberly J. Roediger

Kimberly Roediger brings over 25 years of human resources management and executive search experience to the Bowman & Associates team. She began her human resources career in Southern California with biotech and consumer electronics firms and entered the Hospitality Industry as Corporate Director of Human Resources for the The Welk Group in 1993. Kimberly joined the Kimpton Hotel & Restaurant Company in 1995 serving as Vice President of Human Resources and she also established Kimpton University to facilitate management training and development for the entire company. She has been an active member of organizations including the Society for Human Resource Management, the San Francisco Hotel Council, and the Golden Gate Restaurant Association. Kimberly has ten years of experience in Hospitality Industry executive search and currently heads Bowman & Associates’ Dallas office.
