Daniel P. Bowman

Daniel P. Bowman earned his B.S. Degree at the University of California, and worked for several years in management with Hyatt Hotels. Prior to establishing Bowman & Associates, he was Director of Human Resources Development for Nestle's Borel Restaurant Corporation which followed several years with a national executive search firm. Mr. Bowman is a past Chairman of the Industry Board of Advisors at Golden Gate University, and he has also taught there. He is currently on the Industry Board of Advisors for the University of San Francisco Hospitality Management program. Mr. Bowman is a contributor to a text on Human Resources Management published by the American Hotel & Motel Association's Educational Institute, and he has also been qualified as an Expert Witness in California Superior Court in cases involving employment compensation.



Alfred J. Domenico

Alfred Domenico has more than twenty years of experience in executive search services with primary emphasis in the hospitality and food services industry. His clients have included multi-national and early-stage companies alike. Al's corporate career experience, prior to his founding of the Domenico/Brown Group in 1979 that he grew into a nationally known executive search firm, included Vice President of Sales and Marketing posts with Canadian Pacific Hotels, now Fairmont Hotels, and AMFAC Hotels and Resorts. He then joined the ARAMARK Corporation as Division Director of Marketing and was later promoted to Division President within the Food Services Group. Al holds a bachelor's degree in business from New York University, and a master's degree in pastoral counseling from Mount St. Mary's College. Al serves on several boards of charitable non-profit organizations.



Monica Fang

Monica Fang earned her undergraduate degree, a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics specializing in Hospitality Management, from the International Studies University in Beijing, China. She was then employed at that university for several years as Lecturer, teaching both English Communications and Hotel Operations. After immigrating to the U.S., she earned her Master of Science Degree in Hotel Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Following employment at the Mark Hopkins Inter-Continental Hotel in San Francisco, she served for several years as General Manager of a full-service restaurant for an international restaurant company. Before joining Bowman & Associates, she held several Rooms Division management positions at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in San Francisco. She is also certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
